IEC 60811-504 describes the cold bend test method for cables under low temperatures. The cold bend test on cable is only possible upto a maximum diameter of 12.5mm. The test is mainly conclusive to understand the flexibility and strength of plastic used over cable under low temperatures.
Whereas cold impact test on cables is performed according to IEC 60811-506. This test is mainly designed to simulate the plastic’s capacity to resist mechanical shock under cold environment.Here from a certain height, mandrels of specific weight are dropped on the cable.

Universal Tensile Strength Testing Machine for Plastics
Universal tensile test machine are largely used as cable and plastic test equipment. The tester can complete one test with a simple five-step operation: select the existing test method, input the sample size, install the sample, start the test, and print the report. There two models with different variants of force as per the requirements of customers.

Hot Air Oven (With or without Air change)
Our Ovens are sturdy, with double walled construction. Inner chamber made of
ALUMINIUM or STAINLESS-STEEL sheet. Outer chamber is made of stainless steel
or galvanized steel or mild steel sheet and are duly powder coated.
The gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for proper
insulation to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber has ribs for placing the shelves at
convenient levels. Supplied with 2 or 3 removable shelves. The oven door is mounted
on heavy hinges with a handle. Door is duly insulated .
Temp control uses Thermostat ,On/Off Control ,PID Control ,Microprocessor control
