Main technical parameters

Laboratory The length and width of the test room should not be less than 3.05m.
Burner structure An improved gun-type burner. The burner flame adjusts fuel setting determines the pressure, nozzle depth, stator position characteristics and appropriately and inlet airflow to achieve a suitable flame.
Nozzle The nozzle should be able to maintain fuel pressure to produce a nominal fuel flow of 0.378 L/min.
Fuel rail The motor and guide rail is used to adjust the operation of the fuel rail so that the fuel nozzle is located 8 mm away from the front end of the outlet fixing piece. The outlet installed at the end fixing piece should be automatic of the ventilation pipe.
Internal fixed piece The inner fixed piece is located in the middle of the ventilation pipe, 95mm away from the tip of the fuel nozzle. Adjust the tab so that when viewed in the air duct, the entire igniter is located between 10 o’clock and 11 o’clock.
Fan The fan has a diameter of 133mm and a height of 89mm. The power is 120W.
Burner cone The burner extension cone is mounted at the end of the vent tube and has a length of (305 ± 3) mm. The burner cone should have a wide (280 ± 3) mm, high (152 ± 3) mm opening.
Fuel It is JP-8, Jet-A aviation fuel, or internationally equivalent fuel. The flow rate should be (0.378 ± 0.0126) L / min. If the fuel is not available, the No. 3 jet fuel or other equivalent fuel may be used when the fuel nominal flow, temperature, and heat flow values meet the requirements of 6.4 and 6.5 of the GB/T 25352-2010 standard.
Fuel pressure regulator The fuel pressure regulator should provide a nominal flow of 0.378 L/min. A nozzle with a nominal flow rate of 0.378 L/min and an 80° injection angle provides a flow rate of 0.378 L/min at a fuel pressure of 0.71 MPa.

Frequently Asked Questions:-

What are ASTM standards used for?

ASTM standards for thermal acoustic insulation are used and cover the environment paints, plastics, textiles, petroleum, construction, consumer and products, medical services, devices, and areas such as metals, energy,  electronics, advanced materials and accepted worldwide much more.

What is the difference between ASTM and ISO?

ASTM is a national organization that is a part country the experts of the of ISO organizations. Updates the standards ISO is an international organization that has including ASTM. ISO establishes documents and of testing materials with global consensus from representations from all associated national organizations.
