Technical parameters

(1) the instrument consists of a combustion box, a control box, a gas supply system, and a sample holder.

(2) Control box: It consists of a box, pressure gauge, flow meter, timer, pressure regulating valve, and function switch.

(3) Burning test box: The material is SUS304 stainless steel, the bottom of the box is (355×305) mm and the height is 760mm. The test box is additionally provided with a high-temperature resistant glass door with a bayonet for observing the burning phenomenon

(4) There is a baffle at 25mm below the top plate of the box, and 16 vent holes with a diameter of 12.5mm are evenly distributed on the top plate. There are 8 vent holes with a diameter of 12.5mm on each side of the box, and the bottom of the hole is φ25mm from the bottom of the box.

(5) Sample holder: The sample holder is an inverted “U” type material SUS304 stainless steel clamp suspended in the center of the box. It can hold the sample of size (70×210) mm, and the long axis of the sample after clamping. Located in the vertical direction. When clamping the specimen, it should be clamped along the entire length of the specimen at a distance of 10 mm from the edge of the specimen. The exposed surface is (50×210) mm. The specimen clamp should be connected to the top of the tank and can be outside the cabinet. Rotate the specimen holder to observe the two sides of the specimen.

(6) Test flame: The test flame is provided by Bunsen burner. The inner diameter of the lamp is 10mm, which is located at the center of the bottom edge of the sample. The top of the lamp is 19mm away from the bottom edge of the sample. The ignition time of the sample is 12s, and the air supply of the burner is adjusted. To produce a flame of (40 ± 2) mm high. The Bunsen burner is made of copper.

(7) Gas source Natural gas or propane can usually be used, and the input pressure should be (17.2±1.8) kPa.
(8) Ignition mode The high-voltage electronic automatic ignition system is adopted.
(9) Timer Flame time, afterburning time, burning time can be arbitrarily set from 0 to 99.99s, the accuracy is 1s / h, the resolution is 0.01s.
(10) Working power AC220V, 50HZ
(11) Product dimensions L795mm * W350mm * H895mm
